No one desires the instability of a paragraph. It is disheartening to
proof-read one's document only to find that the paragraphs do not maintain spaces
above and below one another. This document dilemma is easily remedied or at least
minimized in the
"Format," "Paragraph" feature.
Click "Format," "Paragraph" in the top toolbar. Go to "Spacing," "Before" and "After." Adjust the "Before" and "After" to the size that you want. I'll adjust only the "Before" or the "After" at number "6." Click "OK" ©2001 Copyright Judith Robbins
